ESPN's College Gameday Bus Tour stops at LSU
ESPN's College Gameday Bus Tour makes it's second stop of the tour in Baton Rouge. ESPN analyst Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit weigh in on their thoughts for the upcoming LSU football season with head coach Les Miles.
ESPN college football analyst Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit are at LSU today for their College Gameday Bus Tour where they will be spending the day breaking down the upcoming football season for the LSU Tigers. Many people are predicting that LSU will have down year this season due to the amount of players LSU lost but Herbstreit had this to say, "There is a proven track record of losing great personnel and replacing personnel with even better players in some cases." Chris and Kirk also talked about the addition of Cam Cameron and how he will impact the offensive side of the ball. Kirk said the pace you will see LSU play with this year will be a lot diffrent he said, "You will not see much of a huddle LSU will go to a no huddle and try to get 80 to 90 snaps a game."
They also sat down with LSU head football coach Les Miles to get his expectations on the upcoming season after losing thirteen players early to the NFL draft. Miles said, "We recruit players here to play early and be succesful early." Miles answered questions regarding the difficulty of schedule as well as the draft stock of former Tiger Tyrann Mathieu.
